Refund policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues with one of my products, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll do what I can to make it right.

Please note: LeHay’s is not responsible for replacement costs associated with any items added to my products after purchase—such as decorative painting or custom embellishments done elsewhere.


RETURN POLICY:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m happy to accept a return and issue a refund. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Returns or cancellations of items that have been custom engraved cannot be accepted.

To arrange a return:

  2. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the person making the return

  3. Ship to: Robert LeHay, 161 Station Road, Embden, Maine 04958

  4. Hold onto your return shipping receipt, as I can’t be responsible for packages lost in transit

  5. Once I receive the returned item, I’ll process a refund for the product cost (excluding original shipping, if any)
