Artisan examining a handcrafted wooden oval shaker box, needlework and sewing box.

Current Schedule (Updated May 14, 2026)

Note: This is a general outline—dates may shift a few days one way or the other. I’ll do my best to update this every couple of weeks.

Now – Mid-September 2026
I'm currently working on a collaborative project that will keep me fairly well booked through the late summer and into early fall. I'm not able to share full details just yet, but more information will be coming!

Special Release (In Progress)
Alongside the collaborative work I've got a special release underway — a small batch of pieces featuring antique newspaper interiors. Included are size #6 oval boxes lined with original 1801 newspapers, as well as size #5 trays lined with paper from Gleason's Pictorial, a Boston illustrated weekly from the 1850s, with a different scene representing each month of 1854's agricultural calendar. A few of the Gleason's issues are hand-colored, which makes those particular pieces one-of-a-kind.

Where things stand: the size #6 boxes have been bent and the papers cut. The size #5 trays are further along — all bent, with their interior papers already installed; just the exterior sanding and finish coats left to do. I'm aiming to have everything ready around mid-summer — more to come on that.

After September 2026
Once the collaborative project wraps up, I'll shift my focus to filling any customer requests that have come in over the previous several months, as well as building up a selection of pieces to list here on the website. My goal is to have this batch completed around the first of December — just in time for the holiday season. This will likely be the next opportunity for me to work new requests into an upcoming batch, so if there's something you may be interested in, please feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to hear from you and will do my best to accommodate requests as they come in.

Thank you again for your interest and continued support — it’s truly appreciated. If you have any questions or would like to request an item, please don’t hesitate to contact me at robert@lehays.com or use the contact form by Clicking Here
