SHIPPING: 

    • We provide free shipping anywhere within the United States!
    • Please note that we currently don’t offer shipping outside of the United States. We may start offering this service again in the near future…….please stay tuned!

PURCHASING:

    • IN STOCK ITEMS: Periodically I list completed items for sale here on the website, usually every four to six weeks. To be notified when new pieces are to become available, please sign up for my newsletter and follow me on Facebook.     • PRE-ORDERS: Items purchased in this way are made to order, delivery time will vary depending upon the time of year and will be displayed on the product pages (typically between six and twelve weeks). Items can be ordered in one of two ways:
      • Ordering On-Line: Samples of all my products can be viewed and purchased at my online store By Clicking Here. When ordering in this way payment is due upon checkout.  Purchases can be cancelled and the full purchase price refunded anytime up until the time of shipment (see “order cancellation” below).  To cancel an order please email me at robert@lehays.com
      • Order By Phone or Email: When placing an order in this way please provide me with the item description, finish you would like and your shipping address. Once the item(s) are completed and ready to ship I’ll email an invoice which you can pay online with a credit card or PayPal. ORDER CANCELLATION: 

    • Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order. The best way to contact me is via email at robert@lehays.com 
    • Orders can be cancelled and payments fully refunded anytime prior to shipment with the following clarifications:
      • Once a shipping label has been created the order can no longer be cancelled. Products can be returned after receipt, however shipping and packaging costs will not be refunded.
      • Some larger orders may not be fully refundable. However, if this applies, I’ll contact you within three days of order placement to come to mutually agreeable terms.

GUARANTEE:

    • I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have issues with any of my products please contact me, I’ll do what I can to make it right. For immediate assistance please call (207) 672-6143 or e-mail robert@lehays.com

TAXES:

    • Any applicable taxes will be added to the final sale price.

SHIPPING POLICY:

    • Merchandise is being shipped from Maine. Please allow up to 7 days, via standard shipping method, for delivery.
    • Carrier: Dependent upon package size and weight orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS.
    • We will provide a tracking number to you once the item has shipped. We typically do not request a signature confirmation and the package may be left at your door - we are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after the shipper has marked the item as delivered. If this is a concern please let us know prior to shipment and we will provide a signature confirmation request at no cost to you.

RETURN POLICY:

    • We will accept returns and issue a refund (minus shipping fees) within 7 days of product delivery. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
    • Please use the following instructions for a return:

      • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the person making the return.

      • Please hold onto your return shipping receipt, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost during transit.
      • Upon receipt of your return we will process a refund for the cost of the product (minus shipping fees). 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

    • If an item was damaged during shipment please:
      • Keep all packaging as is – do not discard anything.
      • If you’re present during delivery have the carrier make note of any obvious damage to the package.
      • If product damage is discovered after receipt of package contact me at robert@lehays.com or (207) 672-6143. A return label will be generated. Once I receive the damaged item I’ll arrange for replacement of the product.
