Measures: 8” tall, 4.5” across bottom
My source (retired truck driver :-) tells me that this piece is from the 1940’s – 1950’s. It is a cool display piece; the red wooden handle is in place and the label is nearly completely there. It reads: “Turner The Mark of Quality Since 1871 The Turner Brass Works Sycamore, Illinois USA”. This piece could be cleaned up to shine or could be left as is with the current patina. I will leave that decision to the buyer. There is a plunger handle on the top, it is engraved with the Turner Brass Works Trade Mark and what looks like a person doing a gymnastics move! This would be a great addition to a tool collection, man cave, or industrial decor.
