“Ho-Hi” Stocking Wallet

What could I find on this item?  Absolutely no information!  It seems perfectly genius in design – meant to be worn next to the leg, attached to the button on the stocking garter to keep valuables safe from “prying eyes”.  Noted to be, “Inconspicuous - Convenient – Comfortable”.   I suspect this dates to the 1940’s – 1950’s, this is when nylon became very popular as an alternative to the more expensive and harder to come by silk. The wallet itself is in very good condition, I don’t believe it was ever used.  The accompanying instructions have 2 small rips in the paper but are otherwise in good condition as well.  This is a great curiosity/oddity piece!   And a unique stocking stuffer!!
