Boots Measure: 9.5" tall, 10" toe to heel, 3" across widest part of sole
**These Vintage Boots May Not Accommodate Modern Feet!!** My recommendation is that they be used for display, decorative purposes only.
These boots are buttery soft white leather. The decorative toe is tan leather. They are for a very narrow foot. The wooden heel is low and has a slight curve to it. The soles are leather as well. There are no holes in the soles of the boots. There are a few areas of scuff and some reddish spots that may come away with leather cleaner. I will leave this to the discretion of the buyer. The boots are in need of new laces, I have left the originals in place. There is a metal end on one of the laces which I believe is to blame for the spots on the boots. These date to the early 1900's or perhaps a bit earlier. Overall, these boots are in very good, vintage worn condition.
Silk Scarf Measures: Approx 6 feet long, 10” wide
What a gorgeous piece of material! The pattern is almost 3 dimensional! There is a modest fringe at the ends, it is lined in a rather rough brown material. There is a gathered area in the middle of the scarf, perfect for going under one’s hair at the neckline! This is in excellent condition and should be worn!!
Vanity Box Measures: 9.5” wide, 5.5” deep, 3.25” tall
This is a lovely Edwardian era vanity box, satin lined with a complete Ivoroid dresser set. The box is wood with a paper covering featuring a floral design with a center piece of a young lady in very fancy dress. The interior is lined with pink satin, there are very few if any flaws in the material. The set includes a mirror, brush, comb, nail buffer, nail brush with under nail cleaner on the end, and a small jar for cream. All of the built-in holders for the items are in place and surprisingly not broken! There is some fading and evidence of use and wear on the satin, but it is in really remarkable condition for the age!
